Inlett

Murrells Inlet is beautiful this time of year. The scorching heat and high humidity is gone
and there's just a gentle cool breeze in the air.

This little fellow kept a safe distance from us as we walked along the decking. He appeared unaware of us
but he kept edging away as we drew closer. Annoyed that we would not leave, he gave up and flew away.

Mr. Vintage keeps dreaming about a sailboat. My thinking is that would not be very wise as my
knowledge of boats is

1. They are fun to look at and  2.They float...... if your lucky!
and
3. If he is at the helm, who is going to bait my hook if I want to fish?

Thanks for stopping by and y'all come back!

I'm sharing at Watery Wednesday

  8. Hi Annette
Thank you for visiting My Cozy Corner. Your photos are wonderful. Water is so easy for the camera to catch the perfect light. And, nature is awesome to photograph too.
    Love your post.

  13. Thanks for these wonderful views of Murrells Inlet. It's been years since I was there, but I remember the great seafood as well.

  14. Annette...Thanks so much for your visit to my Climbing the Digital Mountain and for your comment. I feel you when it comes to swimming pools. Where I lived in Asheville we had one for 15 years..NO MORE. If you can’t pay a pool service to take care of your pool, don’t have one. I cannot imagine what it would take to keep up even a small boat. Your pictures are lovely...the water against the coat with the bright blue and your bird. Great work.

  16. This reminds me of coastal North Carolina...Anywhere near there? We live in Utah, but are originally from NC. I love it there.

    Anyway, great pics. Enjoyed it.
