I think what you are experiencing is common however I experience just the opposite. Fall and Winter are my favorite months. I tend to get "blue" as things begin to turn to spring. It's weird I know. Everyone loves spring, but for me, it's the toughest time of the year. I'm thankful we have a God who is consistent through all of it!Stephani Cochranhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11454344843360038702noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6131019307988783601.post-91990598450209386422013-01-06T14:25:12.882-08:002013-01-06T14:25:12.882-08:00My daddy will tell you his favorite day is the lon...My daddy will tell you his favorite day is the longest day of the year and the shortest. (Shortest because he knows each day will get lighter.) When I finally got up, I still felt "flat". I've been looking out the windows all morning...it's dreary outside, and inside. The verse you shared just gave me a boost. Instead of sitting here filling up with the blues, I should be filling up with The Word. The SON always lifts my spirits!!! Enjoy your day.
xxoo Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16600235934416288679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6131019307988783601.post-74075171538802249002013-01-06T07:17:30.394-08:002013-01-06T07:17:30.394-08:00This is my least favorite time of year also. You naile...Hi; visiting from Spiritual Sundays. :)

You nailed this one for me; once the holidays are over and the "darkness" sets in it can really be depressing and unmotivating! But so true what you said, "all we need today is a dose of the Light of God’s Love to cure those winter blues." He can cure even the darkest days! :)

Blessings and love,
DeniseDenisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03603991529598754710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6131019307988783601.post-38927556709367789672013-01-05T21:59:57.280-08:002013-01-05T21:59:57.280-08:00That sounds like a good plan. I am going to walk outside every sunny day this winter. Happy New Year. xoBarbara F.https://www.blogger.com/profile/05650730931602700042noreply@blogger.com
